Here are my five recent purchased items this week. I am so excited about them and can't wait to wear them.

 

First stop was Target and I scored this tweed looking jacket for $7.48

Next up is dress pants from Dress Barn for $17.99

Went back to Lane Bryant and pick up more cardigans for $24.99 each. These are great staples to have in your wardrobe.

Friday Five

I thought I would try something new and on Fridays share five items with you. My attire on Fridays is a school spirit shirt and jeans not that thrilling! So my five items can be recent purchased items or favorites found in my closet. They can be clothing, accessories or beauty related. What do you think? So here are my five items this week. All of these are items are newly purchased. I will let you know where and how much I spent on them.

 

 

 

 

Cato skirt $11.00.  I love going into Cato every once in awhile because you never know what you will find, especially on the clearance racks!

 

 

Dress Barn Black skirt $17.99. I usually don't shop at Dress Barn but I think I might make it a regular stopping place. They have some great clothing hanging around and can't wait for it to hit the sale/clearance racks!

Lane Bryant Blue cardigan $24.99. I was on the hunt for new cardigans after Christmas and I lucked out here. I may go back and get more colors for this great sale price.

Kohl's scarf $14.99. Loved the colors in this scarf!

Kohl's blue suede shoes $24.97. Now I can dance with my blue suede shoes!

Today we went to the zoo with the extended family. We had a great time and didn't sweat too much. The cousins all had fun exploring and learning about new animals. Out zoo had a new area open and it was pretty cool exhibit on Africa.

Today we woke up to rain! We have not had rain since Easter and were under fire bans and experiencing a terrible drought. Thank you to whomever sent it our way, my grass thanks you too! So I couldn't get pictures till late afternoon and I am a wrinkled mess. Shirt-?

Love the charms on this bracelet so much!

On my nails today I am wearing OPI San Tan Tonio. It's a nice light brown shade. It matched the khaki stripe in my crops today. I have two coats with no top coat. As you can see from the pictures I have some tip wear already. When I type on the keyboard I strike fairly hard and I was on here a lot today catching up on my blog list reading.

Outfit of the Day 6/7/11

I hit the Y again today and increased my workout. I am so proud I didn't pass out on the treadmill. Yesterday at the mall I found the Nick and Nora pj's below at Target but they didn't have my size. I was very sad but I thought I would look on line when I got home and see if another store had them. Woo Hoo! The store out near my sister had my size since they were sold out on line. On our way out to my sister's pool we made a detour to Target to pick them up. They were not on sale but I fell in love with them. I can't wait to wash them up and curl up with a book. My sweetie made this bracelet for me last mother's day. I told him I wanted a charm bracelet so I can add beads and charms along the way but he filled the whole thing. Gotta love him!

This shirt is going to storage after today. I will be teaching first grade in the Fall and it wasn't my choice.
