Outfit of the Day 1/31/11

The last day of January went out warm and very uneventful for me, which is just fine! The forecast was for the low 70's which I think it was there. I am inside all day long and never felt it. In the next day or two we are fore casted for a freeze with temperatures dipping into the high 20's-low 30's. Brrr! It's no wonder that everyone is sniffling and coughing with this crazy weather. The jewelry was laying out since I worn them last night so I just popped them right back on.

Right now going on at Payless is BOGO! I picked up two new pairs of wedges. Hopefully to get pictures of them soon. I may go back and pick up two more for summer.

Outfit for a Surprise Party 1/30/11

Tonight we had a surprise party for my sister and her husband. They both turned 40 within a couple of months of each other so we held a joint party for the two of them. Here is my sister below in the orange. No picture of my brother in law because he is a law officer and didn't want his picture all over the Internet. We had a great time visiting with friends we hadn't seen in quite awhile.

This sweater had silver metallic thread throughout and added a nice sparkle to the evening. The jeans had a red subtle stripe throughout. Now to get ready for a busy work week with a bunch of busy second graders!

Happy Black Friday! I did not get up at the crack of dawn or earlier to get out there. I guess I am getting too old! :) Instead slept in and then met up with my sister at JC Penney's and then spent the day hanging out at her house. The cousins enjoyed playing with each other. It was cool enough to break out the tights today! Also sporting my new shoes that I got at Payless with the BOGO going on. I have my eyes on some boots, may have to go back and get them. I bought this dress this summer and it got lost in my closet. My jewelry is from the International Jewelry show that a girlfriend and I attend this past weekend. Looking forward to a great weekend!
