Today we woke up to rain! We have not had rain since Easter and were under fire bans and experiencing a terrible drought. Thank you to whomever sent it our way, my grass thanks you too! So I couldn't get pictures till late afternoon and I am a wrinkled mess. Shirt-?

Love the charms on this bracelet so much!

On my nails today I am wearing OPI San Tan Tonio. It's a nice light brown shade. It matched the khaki stripe in my crops today. I have two coats with no top coat. As you can see from the pictures I have some tip wear already. When I type on the keyboard I strike fairly hard and I was on here a lot today catching up on my blog list reading.

Outfit of the Day and NOTD 6/20/11

This evening we are headed over to my parents to celebrate my birthday a week early. We will have family in town next week and will be showing them a good time and not have time to celebrate if that make sense. I pulled these shoes out of the closet because I forgot about them and I know why. They rubbed blisters on the backs of my heels in the short time I wore them to work. I need to get some heel rub things and see if that will help or they are going to the thrift store!

For my nails of the day I wore OPI Dutch Tulips. I bought this polish because of the name. I love tulips. OPI is a great brand of polish. Do you have any?

Gifts from Hawaii

My super sweet student teacher went to Maui for her graduation trip. So jealous! She brought me back some cool items. How cute is the bag! Love it! Inside were 3 Island Girl nail polishes, a bracelet and necklace extender from Brighton.

The charm bracelet is absolutely wonderful. It has all things of Hawaii. Brighton only has several state charm bracelets already made as certain locations. My student teacher just happened upon one in Maui! Last summer my family took a trip to Oahu a month before my student teacher. It was crazy how much my student teacher and I had in common. When she saw the bracelet she knew right away that I would love it and she was right! I love it!

My sweetie made this bracelet for me last mother's day. I told him I wanted a charm bracelet so I can add beads and charms along the way but he filled the whole thing. Gotta love him!

This shirt is going to storage after today. I will be teaching first grade in the Fall and it wasn't my choice.
