Friday Five

 

Here are my five recent purchased items this week. I am so excited about them and can't wait to wear them.

 

First stop was Target and I scored this tweed looking jacket for $7.48

Next up is dress pants from Dress Barn for $17.99

Went back to Lane Bryant and pick up more cardigans for $24.99 each. These are great staples to have in your wardrobe.

We are learning about fairy tales in class. One of my students said I look like the big bad wolf! Also, I received lots of pets today. The kids could not walk by with out petting me!

Where did the cold weather go? I still want to wear my winter clothes! The thermometer is slowly climbing towards the 70's and I have so many warm clothing that hardly get worn. I am going to sweat to death or sweat off some inches and wear them anyways.

Monday was a holiday so we hung out around the house and rested. Today felt like my Monday. Having a day off at the beginning of the week just throws off my schedule.Here is another one of my new skirts. I received some many compliments on it today.

I thought I would try something new and on Fridays share five items with you. My attire on Fridays is a school spirit shirt and jeans not that thrilling! So my five items can be recent purchased items or favorites found in my closet. They can be clothing, accessories or beauty related. What do you think? So here are my five items this week. All of these are items are newly purchased. I will let you know where and how much I spent on them.

 

 

 

 

Cato skirt $11.00.  I love going into Cato every once in awhile because you never know what you will find, especially on the clearance racks!

 

 

Dress Barn Black skirt $17.99. I usually don't shop at Dress Barn but I think I might make it a regular stopping place. They have some great clothing hanging around and can't wait for it to hit the sale/clearance racks!

Lane Bryant Blue cardigan $24.99. I was on the hunt for new cardigans after Christmas and I lucked out here. I may go back and get more colors for this great sale price.

Kohl's scarf $14.99. Loved the colors in this scarf!

Kohl's blue suede shoes $24.97. Now I can dance with my blue suede shoes!

Today was back to work after a two week break. It was a day filled with sitting in meetings and working on the computer so comfy clothes were needed. I tried to figure out the timer on my camera so that I can push the button and run to pose. Very comical in my backyard! I hope my neighbors weren't peeking out their upstairs windows!
