Outfit of the Day 4/9/10

TGIF! Today I wore "normal" work clothes as my volunteered commented because on Fridays I wear a spirit shirt and jeans and that's all she ever sees me in. Since I wore that earlier this week and haven't washed I had to dress us for Friday, if you call this dressed up. I am so thankful that I work at a school were the dress code is not strictly enforced. Most days I am over dressed compared to others at my school. Green tank-Citiknits via QVC, old

This is one of my first purchases from Torrid. I bought something else, I believe it was a cami or tank, need to check my closet. The fashion in the store is not my style. I saw this in the window and fell in love with the cherries.

Found this necklace at Forever 21 to match.

My favorite comfy heels. A wedge is perfect for me to wear all day long. I also have these in brown.

Tonight my son and I hit JCPenney's for clothing for him. They had some great door busters sale happening. We stocked up on shorts and shirts for him. Nothing for me this time. Tomorrow my mom and I are heading to a near by small town for the Bluebonnet Festival. An outdoor craft show with lots to look at. Then in the evening my guys are going to the Astros baseball game and I am having dinner with a friend. And then on Sunday church and afternoon baseball practice.

New Stuff in March

Here are some recent purchase. They were all purchased in the month of March. A yellow bag from Target on clearance ($10) to match my yellow shoes. I grew up with a mom that the shoes and bag had to match. I try to break that rule but sometimes I slip back into old habits. The bag has not support and falls over. I like a bag that stands up.

Merona knit skirts from Target. I am one of those that if it fits I buy one in every color in my size. This will be a great weekend/summer skirt. It hits right at my knee. I got these when they were on sale for around $10 each. What color would you pair with the teal skirt on top??

While at Target I had to get T's to wear with those cute skirts. Sorry I didn't flip the picture.

Two new stretch belts in pink and red from Macy's. These are from their everyday value collection. A stop at Cato for gold flats and black jewelry on sale!

Lastly a trip into the chaos of Forever 21 for this cute necklace that matches a cardigan I am wearing later this week. I wish they had earrings because you know I love sets.

I think I am good for awhile or till the next sale/clearance!
