I got my Valentine gift early this year because I wanted this set from Brighton. If my sweetie had waited to give it to me on Valentine's Day then I wouldn't be able to wear it since Valentine's Day would be over. He bought the story and I got my gift early. I know I am so mean.

Outfit for Church 2/6/11

What a difference a day or two makes with the weather. It was close to 70 degrees today. It was cool this morning leaving for church but after lunch it had warmed up. On the agenda for this afternoon is a pedicure. I am not a football fan so I will not be watching the game but it will be on in the house for my boys. We don't attend Super Bowl parties because the next morning for school is not pretty when we are up late. Sweater and skirt-Cato

Snow Day 2/4/11

Today was a snow day! We hadn't had one of these is a long time. So today was spent lounging in my pj's and watching all the drama of the Real Housewives on my DVR. I did wear red in honor of Women's Heart Disease. Leopard print pjs-Marshall's

Our dog was a little annoyed with me having her move off the rug to get a picture or to get her in the picture. Finally she had enough! No more pictures mom!

We have a snow day tomorrow! The forecasters say 3-5 inches and that's just crazy for us way down here. So the whole city is shutting down. We have been told to only leave your house if you absolutely have to. Since we hardly have the white stuff here, we are not use to driving and getting around on and in it. Outfit of the Day 2/2/11

The day started out with ...no electricity! I guess I am thankful that as soon as I had dried my hair the power went out. It was off for about 30 minutes and then came back on for an hour or so and then off. You guessed it, we had rolling blackouts today due to the low temperatures. It continued like that to after lunch. So the flat hair and dull makeup was due to getting ready by camping lantern. And I will let you guess how crazy it was with a class full of second graders. Happy February! February came in like a lion! The wind is crazy and the temperature steadily dropped all day long. It was in the mid 60's this morning and by this evening it was in the 30's. I did not plan the right jacket to wear but it matched my outfit so I had to endure the cold to look good!

Bracelet and earrings-Premier Jewelry Opted for a neck scarf instead of a necklace. I am so ready for Valentine's Day. Pulling out all my hearts to wear in the coming days. The finishing touches to the outfit, with a close up of the jewelry below.
